The Economic Impacts of Active Employment Policy

The goal of this thesis is to conclude the Active Employment Policy, its tools, advantages and disadvantages and to find an effective solution. The Issue of Unemployment is described continuing with new methods and their utilization in the Czech Republic and then in the Vysocina Region. One of the biggest issues is a fact that nowadays do not exist any evaluations of the results of tools of effectivity which leads to creating a bias in their benefits for the society. A big part of the state budget goes into expenses of the Active Employment Policy, nevertheless it is not known their progress. Consistent analyses and controls of using these tools described in this thesis might lead to a solution but another issue can be showed up, e.g. Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data. It can be theoretically contacted that some of the tools and methods are not as effective as the society needs, on the other hand it is hard to substantiate the real results.
Investment and employment in the Czech Republic

This Bachelor Thesis is focused on the issue of foreign direct investments (FDI) and their impact and importance for employment in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is evaluation of Inward Flows and Outward Flows of investments, investment incentives and the development of employment in the Czech Republic for the period from 1993 to 2012. The detailed analysis of these categories of the year 2013 involves findings regarding the impact of FDI to employment in the CR and Germany based on one-equation econometric model. It is split into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on professional publications and examination of specialized sources. It serves as a theoretical basis and specification of given issue. The practical part involves two main topics, description and analysis of key categories. The descriptive part involves historical development of foreign investments, investment incentives and employment. The second one examines relation between FDI and employment in the CR and Germany byone-equation econometric model. To clarify the key facts, tables and charts are used. The conclusion involves summary of evolution of FDI, employment in the CR and Germany and possible consequences and recommendations, that are based on findings and comparisons resulted from one-equation econometric model usage.
Problems of Unemployment in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The bachelor thesis on the topic Problems of unemployment in the Republic of Kazakhstan is a summary analysis of employment and unemployment in Kazakhstan. The aim is to determine the nature and cause of the unemployment rise, to analyse the employment policy and to propose measures to increase employment in the state. The research part describes the labour market theory and explains various concepts such as unemployment and its types. It also describes different government employment policies, both active and passive. The second part of the thesis contains the analysis of unemployment by age, education, gender, region and the development of active employment policy in the last decade, the financial resources deployed and the proposal for solving the problem of unemployment.
Active Employment Policy

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the active employment policy, especially with the instruments used by the state to decrease the unemployment rate and to increase the quality of the labour force. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the active employment policy realized in the district Vysočina. The first part of the thesis defines the terms connected with the issue of the thesis, for example the labour market, unemployment or disadvantaged groups of the labour market. This chapter describes also the state employment policy and its dividing into active and passive employment policy. The second part of the thesis deals with the active employment policy instruments according to the law. The third part is focused on the description of the labour market in the district Vysočina and the analysis of the instruments used in this region, on their application and effects.
